Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan covers one site, with no card needed. Paid plans add sites, team members, longer data retention, uptime alerts and the database agent. See pricing.

Do I need to change my site's code?

No. The site script is one line of HTML, and email works by connecting a mailbox or forwarding an address. Developers can also send signed events from the server for full control.

Does onepanelforall get access to my server or database?

No. Nothing on your server is opened to onepanelforall: your sites send events out to it. The optional database agent runs on your side, with a read-only user you create, and sends only the columns you approve.

Which data is never collected?

Passwords, card numbers, CVV codes, hashes, tokens and API keys. The script skips those fields, and both the agent and the panel refuse columns and values that look like them.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union. See security for how it is protected and which providers are involved.

Can I delete a person's data?

Yes. From the panel you can find and delete everything about a person (messages, sign-ups, orders) when they ask, and retention limits delete old data automatically.

Can I use it for my clients' sites?

Yes. Each client can have its own organization, with its own sites, people and plan, and you can be a member of all of them.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card payments, monthly or yearly, in EUR or RON. Companies receive invoices with their VAT number.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the organization moves to the free plan. You can export or delete your data whenever you want.

Is there an app?

Yes, for Android and iOS, with notifications for the things that need you.
